A Weeks Worth

Friday, April 25th, 2008

first week with the new site getting filled in! It’s coming along better than I could ever have hoped for! soon I’ll have all content on the site, Im excited about the MP3 sections because I can focus on my tracks, along with some associates and get the music out there! Not trying to land any deals, just want to be able to show the world how Augusta gets down! There are a handful of people doing the exact same thing in our little town just like in others around the states. It makes me wonder what it takes (besides the obvious) to get the songs out. Once the ball starts rolling, the rest follows suit. Along with skateboarding which has been absent in my life for too long, I forgot that everything I have done up to this point has started with skateboarding and even though the sport has become bigger than any of us old schoolers ever dreamed of, there are a select few people out there that remember where it started.. not the Z-boy era.. not the Veriflex era.. but the early 80’s and all of the 90’s when things picked up from Natas Kaupas to The Tony Hawk vs. Hosoi battles.. its evolved , sort of like Werkable.. and all that it could stand for. Have a great weekend!

Right as Rain

the more time that goes by, the more progression becomes clear. I’m really liking the way the site is coming together abd hoping that I can continue with the updates and figure out the content. Its partly to do with putting everything I love into one place, just like the last time, its seasonal, it comes and goes like water from clouds. Hopefully it all just comes together and helps the entire effort. Maybe someday soon, we can all werk together.

Werkable Welcome

Today is a new day! unlike any other day that came before it. Sometimes we get caught up in the past and want to re-live the glory of our youth. We do everything we can to bring back nostalgia on the insights of what made us who we are today and tend to lose focus of what we COULD become in the future. Today is the day.. yesterday is gone and change can always be made with paths you choose. Welcome and thanks Erich, for helping me on my journey.
